Mr. Gileno is a professional Marine Surveyor (Class 1 Chief Engineer) with years of off-shore maritime services as Port Captain (Harbour Master) on behalf of Brazilian Maritime Authority, mainly specialized in vessel’s engines/deck equipment/salvage inspections. He is also experienced in maritime consulting services and ISM/ISPS/MLC Auditing. Mr. Gileno, as an IHM expert, has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys.
