Anthony is a skilled surveyor with experiences as Chief Engineer and served in the Navy of Taiwan. He first graduated from Chung-Cheng Institute of Technology, N.D.U. for Master Degree in Naval Architectural and Marine Engineering. Having been serving onboard for the Navy and U-Ming Marine Transport Corp., he has rich experience as an engineer, and has abundant knowledge in engine room operation and management. He has also gained professional experience in vessel inspection; newbuilding ships control etc. as Port Chief Engineer and Shipyard Director & HQ Logistical Director.
