Capt. Tian Zhongjian graduated from Dalian Maritime University and sailed as Captain for COSCO Qingdao shipping and Qingdao Yuanfengrun Ship Management for 18 years. Afterward, he accumulated onshore experience through working as Port Captain and Marine Superintendent for well-known shipping companies such as Pacific Glory shipping Co and Shanghai Hanyang Shipping Group. He holds various qualifications and training certificates in his professional carrier. Presently, he is working as an IHM expert, ISM/ISPS/MLC auditor, ship condition inspector, and marine surveyor for HDUM in Nantong, Mainland China.
