Capt. Cai Zhaochun graduated from Shanghai Maritime University majored in Marine Navigation Technology. Cai Zhaochun has more than 27 years of sailing experience, including 11 years as Master Mariner. Prior to joining HDUM, he worked as a marine surveyor for four years, gaining a wealth of experience that makes him a reliable surveyor. In addition, he also served as General Capt. & Marine Superintendent. He is responsible for the company’s SMS management, internal audits, ship safety and safety supervision. Also onboard technical inspections to assist in the daily operation of the ship. He is now responsible for HDUM’s Internal Audit, Marine Investigation, Condition Inspections and all other types of maritime surveys.
