Mr. Che graduated from Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College, majored in Marine Engineering Management. Having been serving onboard for many container vessels, he has rich experience as an engineer, and has abundant knowledge in engine room operation and management. He has also gained professional experience in high-speed craft tri-catamaran equipped with Turbine Engine. Years of experience in participating in various types of audits and inspections for P&I Club, insurance company, ship owner etc. has made his high level of expertise in this field. Mr. Che, as an IHM expert, has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys.
