After graduating from Guang Zhou Maritime College, Capt. Chen Shisheng had been serving as the Master of several types of ocean-going vessels, with extensive experience in ship management at sea for several years. Capt. Chen has served as Marine Manager, DPA, Crew Manager, Marine Superintendent and Port Captain in the past. He is very well-experienced in assisting foreign ship manager to take over a new ship from CSSC/GSI shipyard, conduct safe training for all new joiners, help prepare ISM/ISPS/MLC audit and take care of 11 Ultramax/Handymax/Panamax bulkers safety operation and SMS system being implemented onboard etc. His years of expertise in maritime industry makes him an asset for the company. Capt. Chen is now in charge of Marine surveyor, ISM/ISPS/MLC Internal Auditor and Marine Superintendent duties for HDUM.
