After graduating from Dalian Maritime University, Capt. Feng Yanyong had been serving as the Master of several types of ocean-going vessels, with extensive experience in ship management at sea for several years. Capt. Feng served as the manager and was in charge of company’s DOC annual auditing, vessel’s SMS/ISPS/MLC initial, intermediate and renewal auditing. Later served as director of maritime logistics in charge of launching, building, sea trails, etc. of new building vessels. His years of expertise in maritime industry makes him an asset for the company. Capt. Feng, as an IHM Technical supervisor, has good training, qualifications, knowledge and experience to perform IHM Surveys. Capt. Feng is authorized by Hong Kong Marine Department as FSA &PAA surveyor.
