HDUM feels proud to announce that it has been approved by the Hong Kong Marine Department to carryout Flag State Inspection for the second consecutive term (2022-2024). HDUM has been authorized for provision of professional services for performing Flag State Audit (FSA) and Pre-Arrival Audit (PAA) for Hong Kong registered ships in Mainland China and abroad in view of Quality assurance for Hong Kong registered ships.
All HDUM surveyors for conducting the Flag State Audit and Pre-Arrival Audit are Master Mariner or Marine Engineer officer (Class 1) with minimum 2 years sea experience in the rank. In addition to above, our surveyors have at least 2 years of proven experience in ship inspection and ISM auditing as a surveyor for Class/Flag state/Port state, or in vessel operations as a superintendent/DPA, have specific training in ISM/ISPS/M
